BIPOC Investment Group Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions are established to ensure a clear and effective partnership under the BIPOC Investment Group Affiliate Program. By joining, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Important Notice: Currently, we only accept affiliates who are registered businesses or independent contractors and can provide a monthly invoice for services rendered.
1. Registration
- Application Review: Your application will undergo a manual review to assess suitability. This process may take up to 5 business days, and you will be notified via email of the decision.
- Affiliate Communication: As an affiliate, you agree to receive occasional emails from us regarding program updates, changes, or relevant information.
2. Commissions and Payouts
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 3% commission on sales generated through their referral link, excluding merchant service fees. Commissions are not applicable on consultations and investments.
- Cookie Duration: Standard cookie duration terms apply.
- Payment Terms: Commissions are paid monthly, provided they are older than 30 days and not subject to refunds. A minimum payout of $100 is required.
- Currency and Conversion: Payments will be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) at the conversion rate applicable at the time of payment.
- Invoicing: Affiliates must submit an invoice for the commission amount due each month.
- Legal Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for adhering to laws and taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
3. Promotion Permissions & Restrictions
- Permitted Methods: Includes direct referrals, blog reviews, social media promotion, and email marketing to existing subscribers.
- Prohibited Methods: Spamming, misrepresenting our brand, paid advertising using affiliate links, and placing links on unauthorized platforms.
- Clarification and Approval: Contact us for confirmation if unsure about a promotional method.
4. Account Termination
- Termination Rights: Either party can terminate the agreement at any time via email.
- Breach of Terms: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and withholding of unpaid commissions.
Final Note
- Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors with no authority to represent BIPOC Investment Group legally.
- Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to change, and affiliates will be notified in advance.
