  • Working capital and optimized marketing launch.

Participating investors will hold Limited Partner (LP) interests in the project structure and will be entitled to their proportional share of distributable net operating income and applicable exit proceeds, subject to the terms of the official investment documentation.

General Partner Participation Opportunity

A unique, separate opportunity exists for one qualified participant to join the General Partner (GP) side of the project.
